Should I create a Nat Pool for this Scenario?

Hi All!

I have a lil problem with a vendor's network.

Network 10.46.x.x is connected to my vendor network. And
Network 10.46.x.x is the only network that is allowed to connect to the vendor. I added a 10.4.x.x network. So how can I get the 10.4.x.x to talk with my vendor? Should I create a NAT pool on the Cisco Catalyst 6509?
