Thank You all SOOO Much for your help first off..

This is going to sound like a dumb question, but I am a newbie
How can I setup e-mail accounts with Apache on Win98?
Should I use a program like QMail? or SOAP, etc..?
And how do you work these? Can I set it up to run SMTP off of Port 25? And is there a limit to e-mail accounts if you are your own server?

I think you are going to find it hard to find a free mail server for windows. Most of them run several hundred dollars. There is a program called BLAT.EXE that runs on NT and some have used it on windows but the drawback to that program is that you still need an smtp server so why bother. Your best bet would be to buy a cheap box and put linux on it and you will be able to use sendmail. I've also heard of a linux version that runs under windows but I don't know how that works so I'm not much help there. You might also try
