Hi, I want to make a movie clip rotate clockwise for 90 degrees. I used the motion tweening, with "CW", but it always rotates 3 times, instead 90 degrees. Why? How can I fix that?

thanks!!

I normally do small amounts of rotation manually.... select the second keyframe and then select the object on the stage. In the transform panel type in 90 in the rotation box and make sure rotation is selected.

Thanks. But that way, I don't have any motion in between, right? I hope to see its process of turning from 0 degree to 90 degree. Do you mean I insert the key frames one by one and rotate it manually in it?

no...for instance drag the mc onto the stage...this will be on frame 1 go to frame 10 or whatever and with the mc selected and the frame 10 highlighted type in 90 in the rotation box and make sure rotation is selected.

right-click on any of the frames between 1 and 10 and select motion tween.

it will rotate 90 degerees over the number of frames you selected...10 in this case.

If it is rotating the wrong direction you may have to type in -90 instead. Ya' Gotta Love It!

sorry...once you select frame 10 for the first time...hit F6 to create a keyframe.
