Shortcuts within Companyweb

Hi,

I am using Sharepoint on a SBS 2003 server. Within a document library I have a number of folders. Within these folders I store documents. Some of the documents are relevant to all folders.
Instead of duplicating the documents is it possible for me to put a shortcut in each folders which points to the same document?
