Shortcuts Bar

I have GP V6.0. On my computer, when i click the shortcut button on the toolbar, the shortcuts do not appear on the left hand side of the window. It used to work before, suddenly now it doesn't work. Any suggestions how to get this to work? Thanks

You might have marked the Auto hide by accident. I had one user who thought he lost it and after a few months he finally approached me if I could help him have it back. It was there the whole time and I just tried to pull it from the window, it took a while.

it's definitely not hidden, I am sure

Learn everything but implement only what is needed (learned the hard way )

Try making sure that you are running on the latest v6.00 runtime. I believe it is Dex 6.00m069.
