Is there a shortcut to enlarge textbox and text at the same time, other than using free transformtool?

If the text box is grouped with another object (even an empty frame) the box and contents will scale.

If you're using ID CS, you don't need to use the scale tool. If you hold down command/ctrl and resize the text frame, the text inside will scale as well...you can add the shift key to keep it proportional.
