Shortcut won't work.

I have created an executable program using VFP6
It works fine when ran from within VFP6, but does not work from a shortcut on the desktop. I veryfied the target's content of the shortcut it does look fine.
When I double click on this shortcut icon, it acts like it is processing but nothing shows on the screen.
Can anyone help?
