Shortcut to "other users folder"

The way I do it is
Start
Search
For files or folders
Switch to find computers and input the asset number (this is my tracking system so may well be different for you)
Once the machine has been found select the folder you want and create a shortcut on your desktop or another folder to hold these shortcuts
This takes into account the need for the correct security access to be able to do this and the fact that folder you are after is shared etc
