This is only happening for one user, and I can't figure it out. We have a .dot file (with decisions text / editing tools) on our network that one department loads with Word. To do this, we place a shortcut to that .dot in the user's appdata\roaming\microsoft\word\startup folder.
For this one user, items in the \startup folder disappear and so when she launches Word, the .dot is not invoked. I'll have to manually copy a shortcut back into her word\startup folder for the add-ins to be available again.
Does anyone know why this might be happening?
