Shortcut Name Missing

Point your mouse curser on the location bar slightly left so that your mouse if over the small icon present before the words "Location:" on the Location bar. Carefully watch for the cursur to change shape to a hand. When you see the changed cursur it will have the tooltip which says "Drag this to create a link to this page". This is your clue to Left click your mouse and until the cursur changes yet again to a "+ sign above a link", drag this to your desktop and you will have your shortcut with a name.
