Shortcut Menus With Access Runtime

I have a problem where by i cant get shortcut menus to appear on a form within my ade file that is viewed as a datasheet on a machine running the Access 2003 runtime.

I am able to right clcik on the data view column headings in the Full Access 2003 and see the default shortcut menu. But when my users (all of whom have the runtime) view it they cant right click the column headings.

I can cut a custom shortcut menu to appear in the runtime when a users selects a datasheet cell but i really need the menu to appear when the user selects the field heading.

Any ideas?
