After reinstalling office2000 on winXP (due to corruption in registry), the shortcut bar will not run.
When selected to run, it states:
"The office shortcut bar must have at least one toolbar to run. Do you want to add a toolbar now?"
I can then create a toolbar with the name that I want and add all the shortcuts I want. However, if I restart the computer, as it attempts to run the shortcut bar on startup, the same message (above) appears, and I have to do the same thing again. Furthermore, it does not allow me to create a toolbar with the same name as before, as it states:
"Cannot create a new, blank toolbar called '[name]' because you previously deleted a toolbar with the same name. Do you want to add the toolbar you previously deleted instead?"
To which, if I answer 'yes', it simply closes; if I answer 'no' I have to give it a different name, but that toolbar doesn't save either.
Any ideas?
