I have a 406 with a new PRI. I can recieve calls over the PRI, but I can not make calls. I will dial a full tele#, but I than get the "if you would like to make a call" recording. It seems like the IP office is only recognizing the first 4 digits I dial. What would my short code be to dial over a PRI in line group 0.

Possibly a missing ; in the telephone number field of the short code doing the final outdialling.

Some PRI lines (chiefly US) expect to receive the full set of digits in one go, rather than accepting individual digits until they form a valid number.

The ; tells the IP Office to collect dialled digits and not dial them out until the dial delay timeout expires (by default 4 seconds after the last digit dialed).

So as long as the user dials a new digit at least every 3.9 seconds, the IP Office will keep waiting until it has the full telephone number to pass out to the exchange.
