For general users, is there any way to let user, simply dial to the system (by SC) and trigger recording of hunt group queue message. I tried the embedded version, it works. How about VMPro version in R8.1.
With VMPRO it is possible to build a separate menu for recording all the messages used in the entire system. Customer can dial a SC and make a choice for which message he likes to record. Of course, this menu message has to be recorded also but this is usually the job of the engineer
