We are currently using the ? shortcode to transfer calls to Duvoice for "phantom" did's that aren't an actual physical phone, but rather an efax DID which duvoice handles. Here is the current code:

SC: ?
Telephone Number: 7770,S##.
Line Group: 0
Feature: DialExtn

The system transfers the call fine and it gets to the correct box, but it doesn't pass the caller id number through. Instead, 7770,S##. is what shows up as the calling parties #. How would we get it to show the actual calling parties number? Thanks in advance.

it should pass the caller ID automatically. However, if its not working, take a look at these caller Display type under the extension tab in manager. You can change the format of Caller ID to the endpoint station. Read this below, it should help you out.

Well, it seems to be passing the called extension OK, just not the calling parties number. Where it would normally show the calling party's number, we get the actual shortcode 7770,S##. Tried DTMFF, DTMFA, DTMFB to no avail.

Try getting rid of the comma and make it small s and ##
