shortcode guide

Hi Guys,

I am new to avaya and the whole telephone thing. And could use some guides(prefereble on the net).
Anyone know of a guide to shortcodes?
I have tried to find one on the Avaya website, but no luck(is it me or is that site kinda confusing)

For myself the Manager application doc explains short codes the best. The help screens in mgr and the eng tool kit also have info. Dont trust any feature till you have tested it for yourself!!!!!!

Here you can download IP Office 2.1 Manager guide.. there is explanation and examples of short codes
