Short Cut codes

I have a short cut code to add and remove a user from a hunt group.

*21*N# where N is the DDI of the hunt group.

This works fine but what I really need is for a supervisor to be able to add and remove someone from their own phone so they don't have to go to the user extension to add / remove them.


If there a way to use a short cut that the supervisor could use such as *22*H*N* Where H is the extension of the person the supervisor whats to take out and N is the DDI

I know this can be done in manger but I also want a short cut code

This cannot be done direct from a phone.
it could however be done from CCC

You can give the supervisora copy of Manager with only rights to change the hunt groups. It is not that fast, but it saves getting up?
