I am new to IP office and my company has a few different automated attendants for things like holidays, snow days, and like situations. Early this morning my boss used pcanywhere from home to switch to our two hour delay message because of the snow we received yesterday. However, when someone would call in they would get a pause (timeout) and then the calls were being picked up by the general mailbox. My boss said she tried the other short codes and the same thing happened. We look in the manager program and everything looked like it was mappped properly. Any and all help is great.
