another exceptionally simple question I am sure...

I have 3 girls in the office who work on call every few days. at the moment they have a fairly clumsy way of transferring the work mobile to each other but I would like a simple solution to this.

I would like 3 buttons on a 5410DS programmed with each girls mobile number to divert either a hunt group or extension, is this the best way to do it?

thnks

can you provide a bit more detail?

I think i get what you are saying, if i guessed right, you are looking for button 1 to forward to mobile 1, button 2 to forward to mobile 2 etc?

this wont work for groups without a voicemail call flow to select the mobile.

See what my brain does when it's not thinking about phones.

You can do this as you requested, if you use the feature "Call forwarding all" (Emulation - Call forwarding all) you can have three buttons set to forward to different destinations, and then you just press the one you want the call to go to and press it again to deactivate or press one of the others and it will switch destinations there :)

But as Tom said only for user calls or group calls that are not set to "Collective" ring mode :)

all worked perfectly, gold stars all round. just one more thing though, how could I change the mobile it is diverting to from a remote location?
