Short codes gone from Solution 1

For whatever reason, all short codes in the solution have disappeared. All the codes that were in the solution as system wide codes are still in the primary, secondary, etc and working correctly. However, I'm adding a new expansion, without the codes in the solution they aren't populating over to the new expansion.

Here's the strange part: If I go to the solution and attempt to add a short code that was previously there, it tells me it has duplicate codes. So it seems like the codes are there but invisible? System reboots have no effect, adding codes to the new expansion acts as though I'm adding a new code so it doesn't seem to have 'invisible short codes' as the solution does.

Sounds like a consolidation issue. In the preferences of Manager enable "Consolidate Solution to Primary Settings", should clear this up I believe.

Seems that one system has no short codes. Only short codes that are available in all systems are shown in the solution.

I like Derfloh's clue.
I wonder if this is related to that stupid hunt group error in server ed: "No more than 300 hunt groups can exist on a no Select Solution."
This was resolved in an upgrade from about 9.0.3 onwards.

Possibly might need to upgrade.
