I have a Start point as pictured, how do I make a short code to hit it to test it please?

Thanks for your time.

Create a shortcode in VM pro and point it to the queued route via a goto action.

these are all groups, for the leave point you can easily create a shortcode to leave a message without ringing the users
#xxx
Voicemail Collect
"#"N

that will then go directly into the voicemail for every user or group (3 digits, if you have more or less adjust the x's)

the queued you can do what Okkie26 suggested and create a shortcode that then goes to the queued start point.
or set the time for the queueing to 5 seconds and call the group and wait until it kicks in.
The shortcode method with not put you back in the queue and you can only test if it plays audio properly, the only real test for the queued greetings is to call the groups.
