How can i find out what trunk a short call was made on?

(meridian 81c with Symp v4.0)

Also is there a way to tell if the agent terminated the call?

You can print a call by call report in Symposium Reports if the call was made to your Call Center. Use the standard report for the time frame required. It only goes back so far though because of all the info it compiles. (About 10 days)previously configured when installed.
You can get the route and trunk of a call made thru the SCCS and it will also give you some good info on if the call was abandoned or normally released.
