hello,

I have a SG-90 that has 6 B-1 lines in one townA, the server is in another townB. when someone calls one of the local numbers it is directed to the Auto_Attendant on the server, then they have an option to dial by name or hit 0 and go to the operator in townA. If the link goes down between A & B and someone calls the local number in townA, of course it can't hit the Auto_Attendant so the SG-90 give a generac message of "the ext you called is not avalible, press 0 to go to the operator or dial by ext" .....is there a way to have a back-up when the link goes down it will simply go to the operator of townA and still keep the Auto-Attendant when things are normal? If anyone has a thought on this I would appreciate it .

thanks,

I am not sure. However, if you had a V switch it would host the AA locally and this would not be an issue. But that may not be an option here.
