My company is a ShoreTel vendor & I am the trainer. We're getting ready to install 2 shoregear switches. In one site,we'll be setting up 2 small ACD workgroups (without the agent/super call manager) only using the personal call manager.
My question---is there any docs available that I can use in designing the informal call center? Not discovery questions but actual design questions. Cannot find them on the partner website.
