Shoretel with Polycom SoundStation IP 7000

We are running Shoretel 8.1 and would like to add a Polycom SoundStation IP 7000 phone to one of the conference rooms. Does anyone know how we might accomplish this? I can't seem to get the Polycom to register.

Do you have your SIP proxy ports and virtual IP setup on the Shoretel system. You also have to build a user with the extension you want to give the IP7000 and assign a SIP password to their account.

I know this phone is certified to work with the Shoretel system. Are you getting an error message?
