I'm the VP of MIS for a small private hospital in the Bahamas that is very technology driven. We are in the market for new phone system that can meet the many (sometimes unique to healthcare) needs. Our old vendor is now a shoreTel vendor, and swears to the abilty of ShoreTel to delivery all we need. They also push ShoreTel's TCO , redundancy and overall cost of deployment over Avaya. Is there anyone out there in the healthcare that can attest to ShoreTel in this space?
