Shoretel Voicemail with Nortel Phones

I was wondering if anyone here has Shoretel voicemail woking with Nortel phones? We have everything working but when we leave a message, I get a noxlan error on the PBX. Not sure if I need to set up QSIG or just missing a setting in the RCAP. We have a mixed environment of Shoretel and Nortel Odption 11, CS 1000, BCM, and Norstar. We are trying to migrate away from the call pilot.
