I have a User in Brazil that is setting up Personalized Call Handling Rule and once we hit Apply- it just disappears and does not save. User does have a Professional license and is on build 19.50.1000.9. I am able to create rules in my Communicator on my pc and Apply them and they save. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software on his pc and we are still unable to save created rules-- any suggestions?
