Shoretel Mobility 4000 admin password reset

Hi, I have a Shoretel mobility router 4000, no password for the admin. Is there a way to reset or recover the password? Or if need to factory reset unit that would be fine also if there is a procedure for that. It will have to be reset anyway. Thanks in advanced.
