ShoreTel Communicator Login Issue

I have a gentleman that is in a Workgroup and is a Customer Service Rep. He is not able to login to Communicator- gets System Unavailable. Changed password and he was able to connect,however, he now has nothing under his Options Tab??? Any suggestions?? I have tried duplicating him with other Reps that are working and no luck as of yet.
 
Are you saying in the toolbar under TOOLS>>OPTIONS or right clicking is task bar under OPTIONS - nothing shows? I would suggest uninstalling the client and re-installing for that user.
