I have seen an earlier post indicating a problem with the vm playback via the communicator app to the IP930D phone being garbled. There were no responses to that post by GN400. We are experiencing the same issues at a couple of our sites. Playback of vm via the phone itself is fine, playback of vm via the communicator app to the pc speakers is fine, but playback of vm via the communicator app to the Dect IP930D phones is garbled. If anyone has experienced this issue on Shoretel 930D wireless phones and base stations, your response would be greatly appreciated. We are on Shoretel 14.2 in house. Thank you
