ShoreTel Caller ID Issue

Hello all. I am trying to help a coworker out. Currently, most times when a call comes in it will show up in her ShoreTel Communicator as the person calling. In other words, the caller ID works just fine. However in some cases when a wireless caller calls her phone it will come up with just "Wireless Caller" or the phone number itself. Even after you add the phone number to a contact in Outlook it will still display just the number. Communicator is setup through the options to "Upload Outlook Personal Contacts" and to "Open Outlook Contacts when Call Arrives". Yet, we still have the issue. We made sure the number that called is attached to a contact and it is, but still refuses to pull the name of the contact, only displaying the number.

Ideas?

How about adding it in the system Directory?

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.
