We're just starting the process of selling Shoretel. We currently sell the Avaya product line (IP Office and S83/8500) and are looking for something more price effective and scalable. After quite a bit of research we have chosen to go with Shoretel.
Just had our first real call center meeting, and customer is looking for:
- Silent call recording of approx. 25 agents (100% of calls)
- Advanced call center capability (priority, perhaps IVR)
First question:
How does silent call recording work ? What software do you need to run ?
2nd:
How is the advaned call center option ? Run well ? difficult to implement ? I read in another thread that Shoretle was changing their call center vendor (from an Israeli company). Has that happened ?
