Shoretel and Opt81

Has anyone tied a Shoretel and Opt81 before? I have an Option 81 will be providing inbound and outbound to shoretel system. But I'm not how would I program the tie line. I have my tie line program as DID with ni 2 protocol. Internal calls is fine but external will not go through.

Any takers thanks?

On the ShoreTel web site there is an Application Note 124 that show the integration between an Opt 11 and a ShoreTel. It should be the same.

We used that setting, the one in the tech note, and could not get inbound calls to work.

We ultimitly set the two up using QSIG, and it works great.
