I have a demo kit with shoretel 8 and a shoregear 90. When saving changes with the director they do not go into effect until I reboot both the server and the 90. This is for name changes, voicemail passwords, everything. The only thing that sticks right away are voicemail messages and annoucements. The phones also go into "in a meeting" mode apparently by themselves and then cannot be changed back to standard by using the buttons on the phone. Is something corrupted or am I missing something. I am a little new at this, since our shoretel techs have been redeployed. Appreciate any help.
