Hi all

I have an IPO Server edition 9.1.

I have SIP trunk that is work fine

I have problem when using short code to dial external call through this SIP trunk.

example
code:300
Function:Dial
Telehone number:0125666687@"192.168.200.5"
ID line:0

When I dial 300, the phone displays "incompatible".
When I dial directly 0125666687, call goes fine and there is no problem.

Please note that it is SIP trunk

thank you

Is your line group ID really 0? If it is, it shouldn't be.

yes the line ID is 0.

sometimes it displays unobtainable.

Do you have any other lines with Line ID 0?
if so you should not have.
But
make your life easier and send the number to the ARS you are using for it then it will automatically corrected
300
dial
0125666687
Line ID of ARS

that is if you actually have a ARS setup for it.

good problem resolved thank you Westi :)

Just I have question regarding incoming calls:

incoming calls router to voicemail and after that user can dial internal number.

I have problem only when dialing from specific number.
example

from mobile number: call goes to internal number 160
From 003315557888: call not going to internal number 160
what can be the problem!! strange

does the call still go to the auto attendant and then 160 is dialed or is it set in the incoming call route to go directly to 160 when the caller ID is discovered?
Embedded or vmpro

it goes to auto-attendant and after that we dial an internal extension.
internal extension is 160 for example
it is SIP trunk.
incoming call route to VM:auto-attendant ( Voicemail PRO)
when I call the SIP line from mobile, it goes to auto-attendant and after that I can dial internal number 160 and call goes to exetnsion 160.
When I call the SIP line from other specific number ( international), it goes to auto-attendant and when I dial 160, there is silence and call not routed to extension 160

A few basis thing when using Tek-tips:
Always start a new thread for additional questions
Never ask a new question in a on-going thread - start a new thread
When a user helped you with a solution that works then award him with a [link javascript:tipvote(7351407);]star "Great Post![/url]"
Be prepared before asking a queation, know your stuff, add as much info on what you did to find the error, and describe the problem as detailed as possible.

And the answer to your last question : most likely a provider error not passing DTMF from international calls.
