My Support Director has tasked me with finding a replacement ACD system for our campus Help Desk. Currently we have a Viking ACD-10 which has support for 6 lines.
We are looking for a system that support 10 lines, has caller id, allow agents to sign in anywhere on campus, and allows for us to create wav files with pre-recorded messages that we can load up to the system depending on the time of day or issue at hand. Any suggestions would be great, or areas to look further. Thanks!
