Shopping Cart...Salescart software

I am trying to update a shopping cart in FrontPage that was created with Salescart software. Has anyone used this before? The computer I'm working on doesn't have Salescart software.....and I'm assuming that I need that in order to update the prices etc. Does anybody know a way around that software.......or does the company need to buy it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
