ShopAtHome spyware

[DotNetGnat]

Guys,

I have ShopAtHome spyware on my machine and i am unable to remove it...

i tried all the methods...many anti-spyware programs doesnt even identify it but when i run microsoft's anti-spyware tool(windows defender)...it shows up...but defender does not fix it...

can someone suggest me how to remove it...

Download the above program. Its trend micro anti spyware. Do a full system scan with it. When you finish download hijackthis from the link below.

Extract to desktop or prefered folder. Open, choose do a system scan and save a logfile. Post the logfile on here and unless your sure of what your doing dont attempt to fix anything on it as most items are legit.

Good suggestions by my colleagues...

I would still post a HiJackThis Log here for analysis, due to the fact that it may be more than that what has befallen your OS...
