Hey all.
I am at a small business that has about 20 computers networked. We recently had a problem with people not being able to print. We found out that the network spooler (C:\WINNT40\system32\spool\printers) was getting clogged with SPL and SHD files from selected ShockwaveFlash use (games, most likely). We stopped the spooler in Services, cleaned the file out, and restarted the spooler. However, this is a temporary fix. Is there any way to redirect these files elsewhere? We run XP and OLD win2000 here.
Thanks,
JC
