Sho Custom Dialog

hi all

im trying to add a custom dialog to a portal row delete script. I want it to say something like "Are you sure you want to delete entry Simon Page??" Yes/No

Anyone know how to do this???

Show MSg with inputs
IF..choise1 ....then DELETE portal row
IF...choise2.....then Exit script

makse sure u have allowed deletion of record of the portal in use.
