We have a number of shipments which we send out via UPS / Fed-Ex / DHL / USPS/ Etc.
We recently started auditing the bills from these Vendors. We found a number of instances where there were either Incorrect Zones and/or Rates utilized vs. the Contracted Rates.

The problem is finding a quick way to review this data via databases vs. manually doing so.

Under the presumption that I'll be able to obtain this information from our Vendors:
Starting_Weight Ending_Weight Zone Billing_Rate

I'm looking for a set of tables to be utilized as follows:
Shipping_Zipcode Destination_Zipcode Zone Common_Carrier

Then all I'll have to do is match the Weights/Zone/Carrier vs. the Billed Amount.

Unfortunately our Vendors haven't been very helpful in providing same. Has anyone else had to do something similar?

My searches on "Shipping Zones"; Zip Codes; Rates; Etc. haven't been very productive unfortunately.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Might have better luck asking this in a more general forum, rather than MS SQL Svr specific. Perhaps this one?
