Client recently started using shipping module with Starship. Shipping batches are invoiced through the SO module the day after shipment. Unfortunatley, the invoicing function sometimes closes a sales order that has backordered line items, the order needs to remain open for later shipping of those backordered items.
The item warehouse status does not reduce the backorder quantity for the closed order. It appears some process is inadvertently flipping the switch for sales order status.
Has anyone experienced similar instances? Is my writeup/description adequate?
