We shipped around 50 3490e tapes back to a client after we extracted the data off of them.
We shipped using peanuts which was probably not the best choice.
However, they are claiming that all of the tapes are now destroyed because of the peanuts.
Does anyone think that this sounds absurd? Or is it possible that everyone was destroyed? It is not like we crunched all of the peanuts before hand so there couldn't have been that much dust in there.
Any opinion would help me greatly.
Thanks

When you have spent all day trying to work through a problem, it is best to take a step back, reevaluate the problem, then work on the next project and never let the old one show its ugly face again!!
