Shipped Not Invoiced Reports

There is no such thing. A packing list is generated by the shipping data entry module after an order has been shipped. The very process of shipping an order creates an invoice so this is why it is NOT possible to print out a packing list but not have an invoice. The packing list is based on the invoice data entry tables. Ta Da!
