Shipment not printing

My computer will not print/view shipment. all the other pc works fine.

What could be the cause of this.

My bad I will make sure I put all the info from now on:

Accpac Version : 5.3b
Database : Pervasive SQL
Service packs : Not Sure
OS Version : Client-Windows XP (sever-windows server 2003)
Local or network Accpac programs : Network

Can't figure it out when I run the ODBC administrator/System DSN test on the other pc's it works fine on my pc it gives the following error screenshot:

the parameters on all the machines are the same.

Does that server have two NICs? The Pervasive listen address may be off. Or your DNS may be pointing you to the wrong NIC.
