I have a user with an IBM Thinkpad laptop, and when she types a capital T (i.e. shift T), it deletes text she has typed and she has to start over. She also reports that using this key combination highlights everything except the first few words and then they all disappear. User is typing emails using Outlook 2000 when this happens (still waiting to hear on whether it happens in other applications as well). O/S is XP Pro SP2 w/all latest patches.
Has anyone else encountered this? Is there a way to see if user-defined keyboard shortcuts have been setup on a computer to perform certain tasks (similar to keyboard shortcuts for auto text in Word)?
Your insight is appreciated.
