Hi, I'm new to Visio. This question might have been asked before. If so, sorry about that, I just find it so difficult to use Visio's help document and hope someone can give me a hand.

I was trying to modify the Height of a shape in shapesheet. The original value is: GUARD(Sheet.1!Height*1 + Scratch.Y1). But I can find the sheet.1 in Drawing Explorer.

So, where is it?

Thanks a lot for your help!

Sheet.1 is the name of the first unnamed shape on the page. In Drawing Explorer drill down through Foreground Pages|Page1|Shapes (or whichever page you're working on) and you'll find it there

Maybe you delete it? Try create new shape and look it's ID(Format>Special...) It's ID can be 1st.

Thanks for your help!
To johnwm: I did browse the Drawing Exploer thoroughly and I'm sure there is no sheet.1, though it is referred to by other shapes in their expressions.

To Digitall: I can't tell if I deleted it. But if I did, wouldn't that affect all the expressions referring to it? If sheet.1 doesn't exist, I think that GUARD(Sheet.1!Height*1 + Scratch.Y1)won't be valid.

Do we have another way except Drawing Explorer to list all the shape information?

Many thanks!

This shape is renamed. You need to see all shape's ID of list in Drawing Explorer.
