Hi All

I need to move about 100 users between controllers in a cluster and want to use a csv or even the TASMAC. However, under the Action tab i can't find "Move", only Add, Update, Swap and Delete. Which is used for Move?

Any tips on this?

Yes, my question exactly. To take it to the next level. None of the action items will access a move template.

I have been told that using the update action and populating the optional home element field with the destination controller will perform the move.

Stay tuned, testing now.

My first guess would be "Update" is what you need, but I've never done it myself so test it first.

Yes use the update button. I've used it a bit, seems to work well.

can say 100% the update button, all you need is the initial info of extension number and the update action.

then change the info as you require...
