Sharp printer receiving "Network Error. (CE-00)"

Hello all,
I have set a few of our pcs to print to a Sharp ARM450 printer via HP Jet direct box 170x. They are printing okay until an error message pops up on the Sharp display window stating the following: "Network Error. (CE-00) Consult your key operator or system admin. for specific information."
Does anyone know what might be happening here and know of a fix?
